Celebrating topping out at Treehouse Jolimont

Last week, our team was joined by Town of Cambridge Mayor Keri Shannon and our project partners MJA Studio and Emco Building to celebrate topping out at our Treehouse project in Jolimont.

Topping out at Treehouse – the successful completion of the structural phase of the project – is an exciting milestone, bringing us closer to welcoming our first residents in mid 2021.

When complete, Treehouse will comprise 49 one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments in the heart of LandCorp’s leafy Parkside Walk urban redevelopment area. Apartments have been designed to capitalise on the area’s parklands, with high ceilings, spacious living areas and generous balconies that fill internal areas with natural light.

We’re particularly excited to now see Treehouse’s shared facilities – including a private heated swimming pool, fully equipped fitness centre, outdoor yoga and exercise area, private lounge and dining rooms, and entertaining and BBQ spaces – come to life over the coming months.

Upon completion, Treehouse will also boast exceptional sustainability features, including solar energy with battery storage, gas hot water and optimised floor plans to maximise natural light and ventilation.

Speaking at the topping out celebration, Executive Chairman Bob Reinecke expressed how proud we are to achieve structural completion at Treehouse. “Stirling Capital’s approach to multi-residential development is always to create projects that bring together great design and sustainability in locations where people want to live and work. Treehouse is an excellent example of this being put into practice,” Bob said.

“Jolimont embodies all the things that Perth residents love about our city – the chance to get outdoors, close proximity to great lifestyle hubs and schools, and easy access our beaches and the iconic Swan River.”
